My Review: This book! I was turning pages like crazy, from start to finish. The cliffhanger in Wildfire left me wanting so much more, and upon reading Blood Moon, whoa!

This book begins with an extraordinary bang. At first I wondered who this new character could be, as there was no mention of a name. But then, the moment the description of the character was given, through the admiring eyes of a certain Xavier, I knew who she was, being a singer and of fair beauty. The lovely Dahlia, cousin of Queen Breestlin. Dahlia had taken to traveling and singing in brothels, because it was something she wanted to do, thus was where Wildfire left off with her character. >>>You might or might not find that she and Xavier dot dot dot.<<<

Blood Moon follows these new characters: King Nolan, Queen Isabelle and their children; Cassandra, Zander, Rianne and Edmund. There is also the dreamy Tristan but more on him in moment.
The last we hear of this royal family (in Wildfire) Rianne's father is choosing to marry her off. Blood Moon picks it back up and we learn that her father has sealed the contract and Rianne is betrothed. I suppose you can call it rebellion, but Rianne does not want to marry whomever her father is choosing for her husband, so she grabs her weapons and hits the road.
Now, I can definitely say that if a girl is confident enough to take up weapons and disappear the way Seraphina does, she's pretty bad-ass. I mean, who doesn't like bad-ass females?

Of course, we have all the original characters; Bree, Rowan, Celest, Sarita, Sir Nicolas, Silas >>>*coughs* he was the cliffhanger<<< Vallica. Oh! And let's not forget Dagan, Sidonie, Finnley, Adelphie, Reeve, Gabrielle and the lovely fairy, Rhea. I mean, you can't not have the original characters, but it was great to have been introduced to the new ones, and falling in love with all of them.

My Rating:

5 of 5 stars. DUH! You all know my non-stop love for the Everealm series; without a doubt, my favorite adult series ever. Granted, it is the ONLY adult series I have ever read. But that doesn't matter, because it was a great way to get into the genre. I love the new characters that were brought in via Wildfire. I could not wait to continue the story, and the moment I started the book, it was very difficult to put it down. I had to force myself to stop reading so I could get along with the rest of life. But the moments when I returned to reading! *DIES* You know when you can't take the reading suspense anymore, but you MUST keep reading, because you NEED to know what happens? This series does that to me! Dead serious, could not take it, but it was to amazing to push away. >>> I am so HAPPY to have Reeve and Rhea back together! <<< I also now own the first three books in paperback!

Meet the author's dream cast! - One | Two | Three | Four - I have fallen in love with all the characters. Yes, even the bad-ass villains (#sorrynotsorry for word). Amongst the author's dream cast, I did manage to find my favorites; I can no longer see as my original dream cast. Here are my favorites from the author's dream cast . . . If I only share the men, you will understand. *WINKS*
Sarita
Lovely, little, Sarita.
As many of you might have guessed (if you have read the previous books) Sarita is the daughter of Bree and Rowan. There were several clues in Everealm that indicated Bree had a child, though they may not be as obvious when you first read the book. However, Wildfire gave it away, when Rowan could not stop looking at her, and thinking how much she resembled Bree. Which brings me to Sarita's awesome parents >>> Though they may or may not have told Sarita, because I will not tell you that. You will need to read the book yourself to find out. <<<

Queen Breestlin of Jonacave
Through the author's dream cast, I am now hooked and cannot see these characters as anyone else. Bree and Rowan are total keepers. As are many of the other characters *coughs* Dagan.
Rowan
Dagan
Finnley
Tristan
Xavier
Reeve - because he needs to have similar appearance to his sexy, older brother, Rowan.

About the Author
Writing has always been a hobby of mine, beginning as a young child. It was a way to cope with losing my father at seven years of age. I started with poetry and was featured several times on the amazing poetry blog, Autumn Leaves, by Sondra Ball. My love for poetry soon led to writing songs in middle school and beyond, which I still do occasionally. Music has always been an important part of my existence, so writing songs came naturally to me. In high school, I started my own novel, however, life got in the way and I never finished it.

Fast forward many years later and I find myself married with four children, absorbed in my busy life with commitments to my family, work, school, church, and charities, among other things. One day I came across my old binder, with notes from my first novel, and it was with those notes that I conjured up the elusive Everealm.

I write to please readers such as myself, who have a love for fantasy and romance, but like a little danger and sex in their reading. I wrote the book with a mature audience in mind, who can appreciate a hearty imaginary world with magic and the unknown, but want more than fluffy love stories with wizards in them. They want the romance, magic, and danger, all wrapped into one.
