#Spotlight: Stealing the Bachelor by Sonya Weiss (@SonyaWeiss) @EntangledPub #BookBlitz

Stealing the Bachelor
by Sonya Weiss
(Stealing the Heart #3 – Can be read as a standalone)
Release date: January 11, 2016

Having missed out on the “drop-dead-gorgeous” gene in her family, Ann Snyder decides to kick a little butt in the business world instead. That is, until her skeezy manager’s “side business” has the FDA raiding her chocolate shop. Now Ann’s in huge trouble…and the only person who can help her is the adorkable guy who completely humiliated her in high school.

Lawyer Eric Maxwell has been in love with Ann as long as he can remember. He figured he never stood a chance—don’t the beautiful girls always prefer the bad boys to the nerds? So he makes Ann a deal. He’ll provide her with free legal services…if she’ll move in and help him transform him from nerd-without-a-clue to bona fide bad boy.

And once the transition is complete, all he has to do is prove that he’s the only bachelor for her…

So he had nice eyes. Big deal. Well, he did have a nice, muscled body. Slightly bigger deal but she wasn’t about to fork over her heart on a platter and have another man stab it. They’d live together like two civilized adults and then part ways afterward. Maybe even as good friends who could look back on their time in forced proximity with fondness. She thought about the almost kiss. Do not go there, Ann.

All she had to do was turn Clark Kent into Superman and let him fly the coop. Let him find his Lois Lane and live happily ever after. Who cared that like Clark Kent, Eric was actually already sexy underneath those suits and glasses he sometimes wore? And without the suits?

Oh no, no, no. Don’t start getting superhero ideas about Eric just because he stepped in to help. Don’t forget he doesn’t think you’re his type. Ann slapped her forehead. She needed to think about something else. Peeking out the window, she saw the media was still camped out and that doused any of her Clark Kent fantasies. Fantasies? They weren’t—The doorbell rang, and Ann rushed to get it, thrilled with the distraction.
